Purchasing Policy

Bronzalicious requires full payment at the time of booking unless you are already on a pre-paid course/package or using a gift voucher.

Treatments / Appointment Etiquette


  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 mins before your appointment. If you are early we kindly ask you to wait outside or in your car, or support a local cafe and order a coffee.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. We will do our best to accommodate our clients where possible, or offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate times for traffic and parking as the Neutral Bay shopping area is always very busy.
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our appointments and client numbers are now regulated for everyone's safety.
  • It is our salon policy that babies, children, and additional guests cannot attend appointments with you. This is for their own safety and for the comfort of our clients.
  • All treatments are performed in private rooms/spaces which only allow for yourself and the therapist to be present.
  • Upon arrival you will have your temperature taken, be asked to fill in a NSW Governemnt health questionnaire form (records are kept for 28 days) and asked to sanitise your hands. We also ask that you do this again at the completion of your treatment.
  • If you are feeling unwell or have been unwell or showing any cold/flu/cough symptoms in the days leading up to your service, we kindly ask that you reschedule for another time.
  • We kindly ask that you limit the use of your phone and other electronic devices during your service.



Advance bookings are now required. Due to the pandemic, we can no longer offer walk-in appointments.

To secure an appointment with Bronzalicious we require the full payment at the time of booking. Please mention at the time of booking if you are redeeming a gift voucher (and have the gift number available), or if you have a pre-paid treatment or pass. Please book online or call 1300 884 077.

Gift Vouchers & Pre-Paid Courses

Gift vouchers are a popular solution for any special occasion, or simply to say 'thank you'. Vouchers are valid for 36 months (excluding special offers/discounts/promotion vouchers, these will have expiration dates that will still apply).

No refunds apply to any Gift Voucher sales. Treatments are always subject to availability.

Pre-paid courses and treatments have 12 months of validity.  No refunds apply for a change of mind. Treatments are always subject to availability.

Refund Policy

If you have paid for a service and can no longer attend, or have changed your mind and you have given more than 24hrs notice, this payment can be used towards a future treatment or product purchase.

If you are seeking a full refund outside of the 24hr treatment cancellation period a $5 booking fee charge will apply. Alternatively, you can transfer the credit to another client/person to use, or redeem on products.
No refunds will apply to pre-paid treatment passes that have already been used.


The treatments you select are reserved for you, if you can't make your booking or need to re-schedule please provide us with 24hrs notice to avoid 100% of the treatment fee being applied, includes gift voucher & pre-paid treatments.
We do accept changes to appointment times or treatments if they are outside of the 24hr treatment time.  Late changes within the 24hr period will incur the cancellation fee being applied. Same day appointment changes may not always be possible and may result in cancellation charges.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy update

Due to the pandemic, we will waive our typical cancellation policy for short notice cancellations due to illness.  And we will happily re-book you for a later date.

When should you reschedule your appointment?

If you are feeling unwell, displaying any cold/flu like symptoms or have come into contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with Covid-19, or you are awaiting test results for Covid-19.

Symptoms can range from mild illness to pneumonia. Some people will recover easily, and others may get very sick very quickly. People with coronavirus may experience:

  • fever
  • flu-like symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, sore throat and fatigue
  • shortness of breath
  • loss of taste/smell

Please consider all others in this process.
