Dear Bronzalicious Family,

I hope this email finds you well and in good health.

It feels like we're stuck in a bad movie, doesn't it? It's surreal, scary and stressful.

Like you, we desperately want our world, our daily life, our family, our business, our social interactions, our team, to be able to return to normal, as soon as possible.

Due to the changing and scary environment that we all find ourselves in, we have decided as a Team today that we will be temporarily closing the salon shop-front from Tuesday 23rd March and moving to online solutions to continue to look after you.

Even with the strictest of hygiene conditions, we can't abide by the 1.5m personal distance recommendations when performing our services, and because of that, we feel we can't 100% guarantee your safety, or that of our staff.

It has not been an easy decision to make, and it has been very confusing for our industry as a whole. We were first given notice from the NSW Government on Sunday 22nd advising that we should prepare to close within 48hrs, then hours later the Federal Government decided we can remain open.

We have had an 80% reduction in our bookings over the past 3 weeks, and this weeks forecast was looking worse again. An 80%+ reduction in bookings, tells us that the majority of you do not feel comfortable coming in at this time, and we completely understand and respect that.

With no weddings, events, holidays and social outings happening, and now with stage 2 restrictions looming, we have decided as a Team, that the best way we can continue to look after you and survive this crisis, is to move to an online presence.

 

Now for the Good News....(cause we all need good news right now)...

We are committed to continuing to look after you while we are in isolation. We have been busy building at-home treatment kits for our key services.

We are 100% confident that there is no skin, beauty or tanning problem that we can't help you with. It will just be delivered to you in a new online format, for now.

 

Here is what we will be doing:

Whilst we can't offer refunds for treatments at this stage, we can offer you the following:-

1) Credit to use towards any treatment in the future [when we re-open]

2) Credit to use to SHOP ONLINE or towards one of our new at-home treatment kits which are coming soon.

4) Please be advised, no treatment, course or package that has been purchased will expire while we are closed, we will extend and honour ALL pre-paid treatments upon opening.

Gift Vouchers & Pre-Paid Courses


Gift vouchers are a popular solution for any special occassion, or simply to say 'thank you'. Vouchers are valid for 36 months across all Bronzalicious locations (excluding special offers/discounts/promotions that are purchased - these will have expiration dates that apply). No refunds apply to any Gift Voucher sales. Refunds for Gift Vouchers will not be considered for change of premises, provided the new premises is within 10km of the previous location. Treatments are always subject to availability.

Pre-paid courses and treatments have no expiration dates, and treatments can be redeemed across all Bronzalicious locations. No refunds apply for change of mind. Reservations


Advance bookings are recommended, where time permits, we are delighted to accommodate spontaneous guests. To secure an appointment with Bronzalicious over the phone/in-store we require a 50% treatment deposit for normal services. 100% payment is required to secure one of our special/discounted/monthly offers OR if you are booking online and not on a prepaid course for the service. Please mention at the time of booking if you are redeeming a gift voucher or if you have a pre-paid tanning or beauty pass.

Treatment


Get the most out of your treatment by arriving on time. Failure of this will only lessen your time with us but still incur the full payment. If you are so late that we can't do the treatment, you will forfeit your treatment deposit applied.

Etiquette


To ensure all guests enjoy our peacful surroundings, we ask noise to be kept to a minimum in the salon. Though we love children, their attendance is discouraged unless they can sit quietly in reception or tanning/treatment room(s) with you.
