At this time [from the 11th October 2021] we are only able to welcome back Covid-19 vaccinated clients.
It is a salon requirements from the 11th October 2021 that you check-in digitally to the Service NSW App upon arriving at the salon and verify your Covid-19 Vaccination status to reception staff.
Please bring a smart phone to your Apt for this purpose. Failure to provide this upon check-in, we unfortunately will not be able to service you for your treatment.
We will take your temperature and ask you to sanitise your hands, we also ask that you sanitise your hands again at the completion of your treatment. If you are showing a temperature of 38+ you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another time.
If you are feeling unwell or have been unwell & are still showing any cold/flu/cough symptoms or have been identified as a close contact a Covid case in the days leading up to your service, we kindly ask that you reschedule for another later time.
All clients/staff are still required to wear a mask whilst in the salon. Clients must wear a mask just before and immediately after a treatment (exemptions during treatments apply for facials & face specific treatments); Staff are required to wear masks ALWAYS. If you arrive and don't have a face mask, we have them available to purchase for $2 surcharge from reception.
Advance bookings are now required, we can no longer offer walk-in appointments. To secure an appointment with Bronzalicious we require the full payment at the time of booking. Please mention at the time of booking if you are redeeming a gift voucher (and have the gift number available), or if you have a pre-paid treatment or pass. Please book online or call 1300 884 077.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our appointments and client numbers are now regulated for everyone's safety. It is our salon policy that babies, children, and additional guests cannot attend appointments with you. NB: Until 80% vaccination status is achieved in NSW, we are also under a 5 client limit in the salon. Please wait outside if advised by reception/staff. Thank you for your cooperation in these times.
All treatments are performed in private rooms/spaces which only allow for yourself and the therapist to be present.
If you need to change or cancel your booking please call us on 1300 884 077. Please note: We require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you need to change/cancel an appointment, in the event of a no-show or a same-day cancellation, the treatment cost will be applied via a late cancellation charge. Same-day appointments/changes may not be able to be made. We can no longer accept walk-in appointments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. We will do our best to accommodate our clients where possible, or offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate times for traffic and parking as the Neutral Bay shopping area is always very busy.
The car park in Neutral Bay can be challenging and very busy, please ensure you leave enough time to find parking. We are located at the rear of 196 Military Road, above the Priceline Pharmacy.
Having a tan treatment with us? Please make sure you prepare your skin correctly before arriving. Shower and exfoliate before your tan (avoid scrubs with oils and moisturising body washes), come with NO moisturiser on the body and wear something loose and dark to put on afterwards. And don't forget to do all hair removal prior to tanning.
Gift vouchers are a popular solution for any special occasion, or simply to say 'thank you'. Gift Vouchers for a monetary value are valid for 36 months (excluding special offers/discounts/promotion vouchers, these will have expiration dates that will still apply).
