We want you to leave our salon with that wonderful 'WOW' feeling. In fact, our guarantee to you is, if you don't absolutley love your treatment, tell us within 3 days and we'll re-do it for free, you see we want you to leave with that wonderful 'WOW' feeling everytime.

 

Gift Vouchers & Pre-Paid Courses

Gift vouchers are a popular solution for any special occassion, or simply to say 'thank you'. Vouchers are valid for 36 months across all Bronzalicious locations (excluding special offers/discounts/promotions that are purchased - these will have expiration dates that apply). No refunds apply to any Gift Voucher sales. Refunds for Gift Vouchers will not be considered for change of premises, provided the new premises is within 10km of the previous location. Treatments are always subject to availability.

Pre-paid courses and treatments have no expiration dates, and treatments can be redeemed across all Bronzalicious locations. No refunds apply for change of mind. Reservations

Advance bookings are recommended, where time permits, we are delighted to accommodate spontaneous guests. To secure an appointment with Bronzalicious over the phone/in-store we require a 50% treatment deposit for normal services. 100% payment is required to secure one of our special/discounted/monthly offers OR if you are booking online and not on a prepaid course for the service. Please mention at the time of booking if you are redeeming a gift voucher or if you have a pre-paid tanning or beauty pass.

 

Treatment

Get the most out of your treatment by arriving on time. Failure of this will only lessen your time with us but still incur the full payment. If you are so late that we can't do the treatment, you will forfeit your treatment deposit applied.

 

Etiquette

To ensure all guests enjoy our peacful surroundings, we ask noise to be kept to a minimum in the salon. Though we love children, their attendance is discouraged unless they can sit quietly in reception or tanning/treatment room(s) with you.
